Founded in 1967, Edmonds University aims to foster a diverse community by helping students access educational and professional opportunities in a supportive environment that encourages success, innovation, service, and lifelong learning. The university includes many computer laboratories, science laboratories, restaurants, a digital recording studio, a theatre, an art gallery, a child care center, and a gym for practicing various sporting activities such as football, basketball, volleyball, athletics, baseball, and a comprehensive and different group of clubs such as the music club, the cultural club, the fitness and health club, the dance clubs, hip-hop, and the tennis club. The university also seeks to provide a safe and clean living environment for the student and seeks to involve him in the areas of personal wellness, integrity and interpersonal relationships.
