Kirov State Medical Academy

Kirov State Medical University began its history in 1987, but it obtained its current form and name in 1987. It has become a modern and dynamic university that successfully integrates scientific, educational, and medical activities. It is the largest educational and medical institution in the Kirov region, containing a distinguished academic staff of highly qualified teachers, scientists, and doctors who have practiced medicine. This is evident in its occupying advanced ranks within local and international classifications.
