Pacific University is a private American university located in the American West in Stockton. It is the oldest accredited university in the state of California. It also includes the first independent campus in the state, in addition to the first music institute and the first medical college on the West Coast of the United States. Accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). In 2016, it ranked 108th in the “National Universities” category in the ranking of American colleges and universities conducted by US News & World Report.
